How did I get here?

A little bit about my story-

Throughout my teens and 20s I had VERY unhealthy habits and lifestyle. Once my son was born with profound special needs I began my journey towards health and wellness. Along the way I lost 60 pounds and found a passion for exercise. I sought many different solutions and remedies- SO many trials of different modalities and constantly striving for next-level healing and wellness. Meanwhile, my core beliefs about the human body and wellness were at odds with the traditional medical model proposing an onslaught of pharmaceuticals rather than addressing the root of the dysfunction, so working as a nurse at the hospital was a challenge. I continued to heal my body, mind and spirit and found my calling for helping others through detoxing and healing. I have a special heart for moms, people struggling with addiction, and parents of people with disabilities.
